Storage

The area in which you can store your belongings is defined within the walls of your flat. There is no external storage within the grounds of the property available for residents. The small outbuilding to the side of Flat 1 is reserved for use by contractors working on the site, especially the cleaners, gardeners and (external) decorators. The small spaces either side of the bin shed hold other equipment. There are off-site storage facilities for hire nearby (for example, Access Storage Wimbledon, Access Storage Wandsworth and Big Yellow Earlsfield) should you need extra space.
Owners/Tenants of top floor flats are reminded that use of the space in the roof void above your flat is solely for the purpose of access to any cold water tank that may be installed there. It must not be used for the storage of any personal items. Doing so breaks the terms of your lease.

Please do not leave items or install cupboards or similar furniture in the common areas as they break the terms of the fire certificate and building insurance and may become dangerous obstructions to you and others should there be a need to leave the building quickly in emergency.
Of particular note, please do not leave boxes, bikes or pushchairs/buggies in the common areas, especially around the main entrance doors, where they can impede access for others. These items must be kept within your flat, primarily to ensure they are covered by your contents insurance. Neither the management company nor freeholder can be held responsible for any loss of theft of such items. Also, please take special care when carrying these items up and down the stairs not to damage the walls or paintwork. You will be held liable for repair costs.
A few bikes are being stored currently in one of the outside spaces next to the bin shed but that is only on an interim basis and there is no further space for any extra ones at this time.
It is planned to install an external bicycle rack to allow for several more bikes to be stored. This will likely be done (a) when funds allow and (b) after other higher priority items have been addressed.
